Our office is at Plot No. 03, Prime Hills Apartments. It’s on Road No. 10 in Banjarahills. Being in Banjarahills sounds fancy, but Prime Hills is just a nice, steady building where we’ve set up Agk Facility Management Services Pvt Ltd. We spend most of our time on the phone or out at different sites. Facility management means we are always dealing with someone’s broken pipe or a security guard who didn't show up. It’s a lot of juggling. The office is mostly where we keep the cleaning supplies and the staff records. It’s a bit cramped with all the mops and buckets sometimes. We aren’t really the type to have a polished corporate look. We are just regular people making sure other buildings run smoothly. Road No. 10 is usually busy, so parking is a nightmare if you come at the wrong time. We’ve been doing this for a few years now, and the team is like a little family. We have our coffee together in the morning and then everyone heads out to their assigned spots. It’s a lot of logistics and hoping nothing goes wrong at the properties we look after. We just try to stay on top of the small details that people usually ignore until they break. We keep a log of every call, even if it's just a small leaky faucet in one of the apartments.
