Ratna Travels

If you go down to Afzalgunj near the main bus area, you’ll find us at 15-5-826. Ratna Travels has been around for a while now. It’s a hectic place to work because people are always in a hurry to get somewhere. We spend most of our time staring at screens or talking on the phone trying to fix schedules. Our office isn’t much to look at, just some desks and some old maps on the wall, but it gets the job done. Hyderabad is a big city and people are always moving back and forth, so there is never a quiet moment. We’ve seen the way travel has changed over the years, but the basic need to get from point A to point B is still the same. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to do things the old-fashioned way with pens and paper. It’s a bit of a squeeze in our office when it gets crowded with travelers asking about prices or times. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it’s just a bit chaotic during the holiday seasons. We aren't trying to be a big global company, we just want to help the people in the neighborhood get their tickets sorted without too much trouble. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late at night.
