Events Wedding Planner

Our place is at Number 5-90/C in Adrash Nagar. It’s where we sit down and try to figure out how to put weddings together. There are usually stacks of magazines and fabric swatches sitting on the tables. Planning an event takes a lot of phone calls and scribbling notes on big calendars. We’ve been doing this for a bit now from this Adrash Nagar location. It’s not always organized; sometimes the office looks like a tornado hit it after a big weekend. We deal with caterers, flower people, and decorators all day long. Some days we are out on site, but this is where the main work happens. We have a few chairs for visitors to sit and talk about what they need. It’s a regular neighborhood house converted into a workspace. You might see us running out with bundles of decorations or loading stuff into a car. It’s a lot of manual labor that people don’t see. We just try to make sure everything arrives on time. It can be stressful when things don't go as planned, but that's just how this business is. We are usually here late at night during the wedding season. It is a messy job but we have been at it for a while now and know the local vendors pretty well. The traffic in Adrash Nagar can be tricky, so we always tell people to plan for a little extra time.
