Our setup is located at Plot No 19 and 20 in Kamalapuri Colony. We deal with bath concepts and spa-related items, though mostly it’s about managing the inventory and showing people what might work for their homes. The space is a mix of a showroom and a storage area. It stays pretty busy because people are always looking to update their bathrooms or fix something that’s broken. We’ve been here in Kamalapuri for a good while, and it’s a nice enough spot for a business like ours. You won’t find any high-pressure sales tactics here; we mostly just let people look around and answer questions when they have them. Sometimes we get really busy with deliveries coming in, and the whole place feels a bit cramped with crates and boxes everywhere. Other times, it’s quiet enough to catch up on the paperwork or reorganize the displays. We aren't some giant corporation with hundreds of outlets. It’s just a local business trying to provide what people need for their bathrooms. It’s interesting to see how styles change over the years, though we still keep a lot of the basic stuff that never goes out of fashion. We just try to keep things simple and honest. If a part isn't in stock, we tell you, and then we try to get it as soon as we can. It takes time, but that is how we operate here.
