Acrabond Silicones

At Acrabond Silicones, we work out of H. No. 7-2-210 in Ashok Colony. It’s a residential area in Sanathnagar, so it feels a bit more like a home than a cold office. We use the space to manage our silicone products. You can usually find crates and containers stacked up in the corners. It’s not a massive warehouse, but we make the most of the rooms we have. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is nice when we are trying to focus on our records and orders. We have a small yard out front where we sometimes sit for a break. The walls are painted a light color that’s started to peel a little in the corners, but we don't mind. It feels lived-in. We handle everything ourselves, from taking the orders to making sure the right tubes and containers get sent out. It’s just a few of us here. We’ve grown to know the delivery drivers who come by every afternoon. We don't have a big corporate structure or a human resources department. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out over a cup of tea. It’s a simple way of doing things. We stay busy enough to keep the lights on and the work keeps us grounded. Sanathnagar is a good place for a business like ours. We are just regular people working out of a house in the colony. It's a very normal street with families and other small businesses nearby. We try not to make too much noise.
