Acis Opticals Eye Clinic

We are located in the Housing Board area of Kukatpally, right across from KS Bakers near JNTU. Being near the university means we see a lot of students and young people walking by all the time. The smell of the bakery often drifts over into our shop, which is nice in the afternoons. Inside the clinic, it’s mostly quiet except for the sound of the testing equipment and the chatter from the street. We have rows of frames on the walls and those big machines for checking eyesight in the back room. It’s not a very complicated setup. We spend the day helping people pick out glasses and doing eye tests for those who say their vision is getting a bit blurry. The carpets are a bit worn from all the people walking in from the dusty road outside. We have a small desk where we do the paperwork and keep track of the orders. Sometimes the students from JNTU come in just to get their frames tightened. It’s a steady business and we’ve been in this spot for a while now. We don't have any flashy lights or big sales pitches, we just show people what we have on the shelves and let them decide. It gets pretty busy on the weekends when families from the Housing Board come out to run their errands near KS Bakers.
