We’ve been here at the Electronic Complex in Kushaiguda for a while now. Our office is up on the second floor of the C-12/1 building. It’s a busy spot with lots of other electronics places around. Most days involve looking at power converters and figuring out how to get them ready for customers. We aren’t a huge team, so everyone knows each other. Usually, the morning starts with checking the inventory and seeing what parts arrived. Sometimes the elevator in this building is a bit slow, but we make it work. The work is mostly technical, dealing with circuits and power units. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons, especially when we have a lot of testing going on. People come by to pick up orders or just to ask questions about power supplies. We don’t do fancy ads. We just focus on the hardware sitting on the benches. Our address is right there in the complex, near the main gate. It's not always quiet here, especially with the traffic outside, but it’s where we do our thing. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or trying to troubleshoot a specific unit that isn't behaving. It is pretty straightforward work, really. Just getting units out the door and making sure they do what they are supposed to. Sometimes we stay late when a shipment is due, but that is just how it goes in this line of work. We keep a small fridge for water and some snacks because the days can get long.
