Aavas Estates Llp

Aavas Estates Llp is our small outfit located over on Pattigadda Road in Begumpet. We’re in the Maa Kruti building, specifically units 1-8-304 to 307. It’s right by the Police Lines, which makes it a fairly well-known landmark in this part of Secunderabad. We’ve been at this for some time now, handling estate matters and helping folks with their housing needs. The office isn't anything spectacular, just a functional space where we keep our records and meet with people. Begumpet is a crowded area, so there’s always noise from the street, but we’ve gotten used to it. We deal with land, houses, and all the messy paperwork that comes with them. Sometimes the rules change or a deal falls through, and we just have to figure it out as we go. We don't have a marketing department or a spokesperson. It’s just us answering the phones and trying to keep things organized. Living and working in the 500016 area means we know the local shops and the people around here. We try to be honest about what we can and can’t do. Most of the time, we’re just busy checking on sites or finishing up documents. It’s a basic business, and we like it that way.
