It’s a town where people still know their neighbors and the streets have a specific character that you don't find in the more modern developments. We don't have a complicated address with ten different landmarks because most people who live around here know where things are just by the general area. Our daily life involves a lot of looking at plans and thinking about how to make things work within the local landscape. The weather gets pretty hot in this part of the country, so we spend a lot of our time inside the office staying out of the sun and focusing on our drawings. We aren't a massive firm with a lobby or a receptionist; it’s usually just us working through the projects and talking to clients when they come to visit. We have our tools and our computers and that is about all we need to get through the day. Adilabad has its own rhythm, and we’ve built our routine around it over the years. We take our work seriously but we keep the atmosphere in the office pretty relaxed and casual. It is just a local business trying to do honest work for the people around this town.
