Aarushi Constructions & Interiors

Aarushi Constructions & Interiors is our small firm located in Trimulgherry. We are based in the Manasa Residency, which is at House No 1-21-315/G3. Our office is on the ground floor, specifically Flat No G3, sitting on Plots 13 and 14. We are quite close to the Budevi Nagar Railway Station, so we often hear the trains passing by throughout the day. It’s a local neighborhood vibe around here. We handle both construction and interior work, which keeps us pretty busy. Most of our time isn't actually spent in the office; we are usually out at different sites checking on how the walls are coming up or if the flooring is being laid correctly. But the office in Manasa Residency is where we do the planning and keep our records. We aren't a giant company with fancy offices. We just have a practical space where we can meet and talk about house plans. People in Trimulgherry know us as local guys who do honest work. We don't use big words or try to sound like we are something we are not. If someone wants a house built or a room fixed up, they come talk to us. We give them a straight answer about what can be done and how long it will take. It’s a simple way of working that has suited us for years. We just keep building, one project at a time.
