You can find us on the fourth floor of Venkat Rama Towers. We are in Flat 407. It’s right in Basheer Bagh, directly opposite that Talwalkar Gym. It’s a busy area, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. We are a construction company, but we spend a lot of our time here in the office dealing with permits, plans, and all the paperwork that comes with building stuff. The elevators in this building can be a bit slow sometimes, so we end up waiting around a lot. We’ve been doing construction work for a while now. It’s hard work and involves a lot of coordination with different teams. We don’t always get everything right the first time, but we try to keep things moving forward. Our office is pretty simple—just desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of rolled-up drawings. We don’t use a lot of corporate jargon because that’s not really how we talk. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Basheer Bagh is a central spot, which makes it easy to get to different parts of Hyderabad from here. We aren't trying to be the most famous builders in the city. We just want to finish our jobs and make sure the buildings are safe and functional. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it seems to work for us. We’re usually here during the day and sometimes stay late to finish up drawings. It’s a lot of work.
