We are located over at Sachdev Chambers on S P Road, which stays pretty crowded most of the day. Being near Patny Centre means there is always noise from the street, but we have gotten used to it over the years. Our shop is at 3-4-167, and it is filled with all sorts of furniture pieces. We aren't a big chain store with matching uniforms or anything like that. It is just a local business where we keep track of what people are looking for. When you walk in, you’ll see beds, cupboards, and dining sets squeezed in wherever they fit. Sometimes the place feels a bit cramped because new stock keeps arriving from the suppliers. We spend a lot of time talking to customers who live around this part of Secunderabad. Some people have been coming to us for a long time whenever they move houses or need something new for a room. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone asks a question, we tell them what we know about the wood or the frame. There is no scripted talk here. Usually, one of us is busy moving a heavy wardrobe or checking a delivery note. The building itself, Sachdev Chambers, is a familiar spot for many people around here. We open up in the morning and stay until the evening rush on S P Road starts to die down a bit. It’s just regular work for us, and we don't try to make it seem more complicated than it is.
