If you come down to APIE in Balanagar, you’ll find us at Shed No- C-60/2. That’s where Aali Qadr Hydraulics(P) Ltd. is based. It’s an industrial shed, so it’s mostly concrete floors and metal racks. We work with hydraulic parts and systems, which usually means things get a bit greasy around here. It’s not a clean office job by any means. Most of our time is spent looking at parts or talking to people about their equipment issues. We’ve been in this shed for a while and have everything set up just how we like it, even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed; we don’t wear suits or follow strict corporate rules. We just show up and do the work. Balanagar is a busy hub, so there’s always something happening outside our doors. We handle a lot of different hydraulic components, and sometimes it takes a while to find exactly what a customer is looking for in the back. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us working in the shed. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they’re already in the APIE area. We try to be helpful when people walk in with a broken part. It’s a straightforward business, and we plan to keep it that way for the foreseeable future.
