A K Marble & Granites

We’re situated at 500/1, Bhagayath Nagar, right near the Uppal Ring Road. A K Marble & Granites is what it says on the sign out front. It’s a dusty place, as you’d expect from a yard full of heavy stone. We spend our days moving slabs of marble and granite around with the crane or the forklift. It’s loud and it’s hard work, but we’re used to it. The Uppal area is always busy with trucks, so the noise from the Ring Road is something we just ignore now. We have all kinds of stones piled up, some from nearby and some from further away. We don't have a polished showroom with fancy lights. You just come into the yard and look at the slabs as they are, out in the open. We’ll show you the different patterns and tell you how thick each piece is. Sometimes the pieces have small chips or marks, but that’s just the nature of natural stone. We aren't sales people; we’re just the guys who cut and move the stone. If you want a specific size, we take the measurements and see what we can do. Most of our customers are locals building houses or contractors who’ve been coming here for years. 500/1 is easy to spot because of the stacks of stone. We keep things simple and let the slabs speak for themselves. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from dawn till dusk. We don't mind the dust too much.
