A Essentials

Our setup is based out of a flat in Sowmya Residency, over in the JP Nagar area. It’s not your typical storefront or shop since we’re up in unit 401. We started A Essentials because we saw a real need for basic items around Bharathnagar, and this space works well enough for us right now. It’s a bit of a mix between a small office and a storage room. Boxes are often piled up near the front entrance, and we use the kitchen table for most of our daily paperwork and planning. It’s a quiet building for the most part, though you can hear the kids playing in the park outside in the evenings. Being in a residential building means we have to be extra careful about not making too much noise when the deliveries arrive. We spend most of our time coordinating where things need to go and checking our inventory lists to see what’s running low. Sometimes we run out of shelf space and have to get a bit creative with how we stack the plastic bins. It’s just a couple of us handling the phone orders and making sure everything is accounted for at the end of the day. We don’t have any fancy signs outside or a big lobby for visitors. People usually just call us or come by if they already know the flat number. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it keeps things manageable.
