We are over at 17 Yards Real Estates Private Limited, working out of our office in S R Nagar. You can find us at Flat No 504B in the K Guda area, specifically at 7-1-300. It is a busy part of Hyderabad and we have been here for a while now. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and going through the property listings. It is not a huge office, just a comfortable spot where we can sit down and talk to people about what they need. Some days are slow and others we are running around all over the city. S R Nagar has a lot of energy and we like being right in the middle of it. We don't have a big fancy reception or anything, just some desks and chairs where we get the work done. Most of the people who come by are local folks looking for a place to stay or a bit of land. We try to keep things simple and honest because that is how we like to be treated too. Dealing with real estate in a place as big as Hyderabad can be a headache, so we just try to make the paperwork a bit easier for the people who walk through our door. That is pretty much what we do every day. It's a small team here, so you will usually talk to the same one or two people every time you visit.
