Our office is in 1/304 New Malahar, which is part of the Sahara State area in L.B. Nagar. If you know Hyderabad, you know the traffic around here can be a real headache in the mornings. We are based in a residential-style building, so it feels more like a home than a big office block. We work on telecom stuff and some energy projects. Most of the time, our van is parked outside loaded with cables and testing gear. It is just a small team of us. We have a couple of rooms filled with equipment and some desks for the paperwork. The walls are mostly bare except for a calendar and a map of the city. We don't have a receptionist, so you just walk in and look for someone. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites across the city. The heat in Hyderabad gets pretty bad in the summer, so we are grateful for the small AC unit we have in the main room. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the state. We just do the work that comes our way and try to do it right. Sometimes things go wrong and we have to stay late to fix a connection. That is just part of the job. We know the neighbors pretty well and they don't mind us being here as long as we don't block the driveway.
