Operating Xenium Technologies from Plot No 67 in Shiv Bagh Colony is definitely an experience. We’re based in the Latha Hostel building in Ameerpet, so you can imagine how lively it gets around here. If you know Hyderabad, you know Ameerpet is the place where everyone comes to learn and work in tech. Our office space is practical and focused on getting things done rather than looking impressive. We have rows of desks, a lot of tangled wires, and some very tired-looking chairs. The team is small, and we’ve all spent many hours sitting here trying to solve technical problems that come up at the last minute. We don’t have a professional receptionist or a glass boardroom. Most of our meetings happen while we’re standing around someone’s monitor eating snacks from the shop downstairs. The neighborhood is always buzzing with students and people looking for work, which keeps us motivated. We deal with various tech tasks as they come in, and some days are definitely more stressful than others. It’s the kind of place where things are a little bit chaotic but we always manage to find what we need. We’re just a group of regular people who know our way around a computer, trying to make a living in a very competitive part of the city. We don’t promise anything impossible, we just do the work that’s right in front of us every day. It’s a bit rough around the edges, but it works.
