We are based out of Suryapet in the Nalgonda district, working from Narayana’s place. It’s not a big industrial warehouse or anything like that. It’s a standard spot where we manage our electrical business. The weather in Nalgonda is usually very hot, so our workspace is always a bit warm despite the fans. We have coils of wire and various components scattered around the room. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. Narayana is usually around to handle things. We spend a lot of our day dealing with local contractors and people from the surrounding areas. The streets in Suryapet can be quite busy with tractors and motorcycles, so there is always a bit of noise coming in from the window. We don’t have a website or a marketing team. We just answer the phone when it rings and try to help with whatever electrical needs come up. It’s a small-scale operation, very grounded in the local community. We drink a lot of chai and talk about the local news while we work. Sometimes we have to travel to nearby villages, which can be a long day under the sun. We are just a few guys working together to keep the business running. It is nothing fancy, just a plain office in a busy town where we do our daily tasks and then head home when the sun goes down. It is just how we do things here.
