Victory Avenues has its home over in Sk.Nagar, which is part of the Yousufguda neighborhood in Hyderabad. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and if you know the area, you know it’s always busy with people and traffic. Our office is a private limited setup, but it doesn't feel like those big cold companies you see in the high-rise buildings. It’s more of a practical space where we can sit down and talk about projects. We deal with a lot of land and property matters, so the walls are usually covered with maps and charts of different areas around the city. There isn’t anything fancy about the way we work. We don’t have a receptionist or a big waiting room with magazines. Usually, if you come in, you’ll find us huddled around a desk talking about a new plot or looking over some legal papers. Hyd-45 is a good location for us because it’s easy to get to different parts of the city from here. The noise from the street is constant, but we’ve learned to talk over it. We don’t spend our time on big advertisements or trying to sound like something we aren’t. We just focus on the avenues and the properties we are working on. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy from morning until evening. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep everything moving in the right direction for our neighbors.
