Vertex Homes Private Limited

We have been running Vertex Homes Private Limited from our office at Old Malhar Apartments for quite a while now. You can find us in Sahara States, over in Mansoorabad. It is tucked away behind Kamineni Hospital in L.B. Nagar. Our daily routine involves a lot of paperwork and talking to folks about houses. The area around here is usually busy, especially with the hospital traffic nearby, but our unit 6/304 is a quiet enough spot to get things done. We chose this place because it’s a central point for the neighborhoods we handle. Sometimes the stairs in the building are a bit of a climb, but we are used to it by now. We deal with property stuff every day. Some days are slow and others we are swamped with site visits. It’s just how this business goes. Hyderabad has changed a lot since we started out here. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the tasks at hand. People often call us for directions since the lane can be a bit tricky if you aren't from around L.B. Nagar. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the files are in order. It’s not a fancy setup, but it works for us and the people who come by to chat about their housing needs. We have been in this part of town long enough that the neighbors know who we are, and we've become a fixture of the local street.
