Verm0Nt Projects

S. Satyalu runs things here at our spot in Seshasainagireddy Nagar. We are located at H-No=22-452-A/33 in Nandikotkur, which is in the Kurnool district. It’s more of a home-based office than a big commercial building, which is common around here. We work on various local projects, mostly small construction and development stuff that needs doing in the area. There’s usually a lot of papers scattered around the table and maybe some site plans if we’re busy with something new. The sun hits the front of the house pretty hard in the morning, so we usually start early to get things moving before it gets too hot. It’s a small team, mostly just us and a few helpers when the workload increases. We don't have any fancy signs out front, just the house number and people know us by word of mouth. Sometimes the phone rings all day and other times it’s quiet enough to actually get the planning done. The roads around Nandikotkur can be a bit rough after the monsoon, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the mud off our boots before stepping back inside. We keep a stack of old ledgers in the corner because we still like to write things down by hand sometimes. It feels more real than just typing into a screen all day. We just want to make sure the work we do stays standing and people are satisfied.
