Venkataramanan Associates

Venkataramanan Associates is located in the New Nallakunta area of Hyderabad. We are based out of Renuka Apartments, specifically in flat F-10. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it stays relatively quiet compared to the main city center. Kiran Shirodkar is usually around handling the main bits of business. We’ve got a small setup here that works for what we do. The apartment has been our base for a while now. It’s easy for people to find once they get to the Renuka building. We spend most of our hours looking over drawings and handling the various bits of paperwork that pile up on our desks. Sometimes the coffee machine acts up, which is a bit of a pain in the mornings. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us who know each other well. We like the local feel of being in Nallakunta. There are good places nearby to grab a quick lunch. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through files. We don’t go for anything too flashy. The walls are mostly covered in project maps and calendars. People come to us because we’ve been around the Andhra Pradesh scene for a good while and know how to navigate the local systems. We just take things one day at a time and try to finish what we started. It's just honest work in a busy city.
