Vasist Constructions has its base in KPHB Colony. If you live in Hyderabad, you probably know how big KPHB is. It's almost like its own little city within the city. We have been here for a while now, tucked away in one of the blocks. The office is pretty simple. We don't have any flashy signs or a big reception area. Usually, you’ll just find a couple of us sitting at our desks, talking to contractors or checking on material deliveries. The noise from the street is always there, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We spend a lot of time coordinating between different project sites. Construction is a lot of back-and-forth, so we are rarely all in the office at the same time. Sometimes someone brings in snacks for the afternoon, which is a nice break. We focus on the practical side of things. There isn't much room for fancy stuff when you’re dealing with dust and bricks all day. We just try to keep things organized. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking schedules. KPHB is a good place to be because everything we need is close by. We just take it one day at a time, making sure the work is moving along. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, but that’s just how the construction business goes for a local team like ours.
