Vardhaman Constructions

We are Vardhaman Constructions, and you can find our office over in Saroor Nagar at 11-15-174, which is in Doctor’s Colony. Hyderabad is a big place, but we’ve found a nice spot here to run our business. It’s a construction company, so don't expect a clean, shiny office. We usually have bits of cement on the floor and stacks of bricks outside. We spend our days coordinating with workers and making sure we have enough supplies for the next site. It’s busy work. Most of us have been in this trade since we were young. We don't use any corporate jargon or fancy slogans. We just talk about beams, floors, and plumbing. The office in Doctor's Colony is where we do all the boring stuff like payroll and taxes. It’s a simple building. Sometimes the neighbors come by to complain about the noise or just to see what we are building next. We try to be helpful and stay out of the way. Saroor Nagar has changed a lot over the years, and we’ve seen it happen from our doorstep. We are just a group of people trying to make a living by building things that stay standing. It’s not always easy, especially when the costs of everything keep going up. But we manage to keep the lights on and the trucks moving. That’s plenty for us.
