Varadham Constructions

Varadham Constructions is located over in Ramantapur. We have a spot in P.S. Colony, at house number 3-12-117/5-C. It’s a quiet enough street most days, though Hyderabad is always growing around us. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and checking on materials. Construction is a lot of waiting for rain to stop or for trucks to arrive. We don't have a polished front desk or a lobby. It's more of a home office where we keep all the records and talk to the crew. There are usually a few of us sitting around a table trying to figure out the week's schedule. We've been in the 3-12-117/5-C building for some time. It's a practical space. We don't use big words or try to act like we’re a giant corporation. We’re just local people building things in our part of town. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it's just the sound of the ceiling fan. We like it that way. Most of our work comes from people who know us or saw a sign we left at a job site. We just focus on getting the foundations right and making sure the roofs don't leak. It isn't glamorous work, but it feels good to see a building finished. Ramantapur has been a good home for us and we plan to stay right here.
