Usha Constructions

We operate Usha Constructions from our place in Chandanagar, Hyderabad. You can find us at B3-31 in Huda Colony. It’s a quiet enough area but we stay busy with building projects and site visits. Construction is a messy business sometimes, with lots of dust and noise, but we like seeing things actually get built. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees; we are more of a local setup that focuses on getting the walls up and the roofs on. Most of our days are spent talking to laborers, checking on materials like cement and bricks, and making sure the plans are being followed properly. Being in Hyderabad, the city is always growing, so there is always a new project starting somewhere. We handle the basic stuff that goes into making a structure solid. Sometimes things don't go perfectly, like when the rain delays a pour, but we just deal with it and keep going the next day. We don't spend money on big TV ads or fancy billboards. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just seeing our name on a site. It’s a straightforward way of doing business. We value getting the job done without a lot of unnecessary talk. The office in Huda Colony is where we do all the planning and keep the books. It’s a simple operation run by people who know their way around a construction site.
