Unity Infraprojects Ltd. Mumbai

Our Nanded office is over at Matoshri, Plot No. 48, right on Ashirwad Nagar Taroda Road. It’s a busy part of town, and we’re right in the thick of it. We handle a lot of the infrastructure projects that come through this part of Maharashtra. The office is usually a bit of a mess with rolls of paper and samples of stone or cement lying around. We don’t have a professional cleaning crew coming in every night, so things are a bit dusty, but that’s just construction for you. The staff here are mostly guys who have spent their lives on project sites. We talk about the work in a very direct way—no fancy speeches or long presentations. We just look at the problems and try to find a way through them. The traffic on Taroda Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we try to get to the sites early and stay late to avoid the worst of it. We’ve been part of Unity Infraprojects for a while now, and even though the company is based in Mumbai, this Nanded branch has its own way of doing things. We know the local contractors and the local weather, which helps a lot when things get difficult. It’s just us, working hard and trying to keep the projects on track without making a big deal out of it.
