Finding our place can be a bit of a challenge if you aren't from around here. We are located in Flat No. 102 inside Sai Ganesh Apartments, which is part of the New Mirjalguda area in Secunderabad. It’s a residential building so it feels more like a home than an office most of the time. Turner Internationa is written on a small board near the door but you might miss it if you’re walking fast. The apartment complex is usually pretty quiet except for when the kids come home from school in the afternoon. We have a few desks set up in the main room and the kitchen area is where we keep all the files and the printer. Sometimes the neighbor's dog barks when the delivery guys show up. Being in Malkajgiri means we’re tucked away from the main city chaos which is nice. There’s a small shop downstairs where we go to get snacks or recharge our phones. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at documents. The lighting in the hallway is a bit dim and we really need to replace the bulb near the entrance. It’s just how things are here, a bit crowded with books and papers everywhere but we know where everything is. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that, you just walk right into where we’re working. It’s a practical setup for us.
