Our office is located in Begumpet at the R.V. Aditya Apartments. Specifically, we are in Flat No. 202 on the second floor. The building is part of the Shyamlal Buildings complex, which is an older part of Hyderabad. If you know Begumpet, you know how busy the main road can get, but our apartment is tucked slightly away, so the noise isn't too overwhelming. It’s a functional space where Thermo Group of Industries manages its operations. The rooms are filled with desks, metal cupboards for files, and various pieces of industrial equipment waiting to be shipped out. The elevator is one of those old manual ones, so most of us just walk up the two flights of stairs to save time. The atmosphere in the office is very practical. We don't have modern art or fancy carpets. We have calendars on the walls and a lot of folders stacked on every available surface. Hyderabad is quite humid, so we keep the fans going at full speed all day long. We usually get our lunch from the local mess nearby or bring boxes from home to eat together in the small hall. The staff here is small and we’ve been working together for quite a while, so we have a routine that works. We focus on the industrial work and making sure the orders are processed correctly every single day. It’s a simple, hardworking environment in a very traditional and busy part of the city where we just do our best to stay organized.
