Swaruba Construction

We are located in the Asifnagar area of Hyderabad. Our office is in the Razvi Heights Apartments, right on the ground floor at H.No. 10-2-349/B/G1. It's quite easy to find because we are directly opposite the Asifnagar Police Station. Iteshamuddin Ur Rizwan is the main person here, and he’s got his civil engineering degree. We handle a lot of the local building stuff around this part of the city. Hyderabad is always changing, and there’s always something needing a repair or a new wall put up. The office is usually busy with people coming in and out. It’s not fancy. We have our desks, some old blueprints, and the phone rings quite a bit. Being right across from the police station means it’s a busy street with plenty of noise. There is always sound from the traffic and people moving about. We focus on getting the jobs done properly. If we’re not in the office, we’re out at a site checking on the concrete slabs or the plumbing lines. It’s a lot of manual work and coordination with different laborers. We’ve been in this apartment building for some time now. People in the area know us by now. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just do the engineering work and the construction. Most of our days are spent talking to contractors or looking at site plans on a messy table. It can be stressful when materials are late, but we manage somehow. It is just real work.
