Our office is on the first floor over in Kamalanagar. The flat number is 18-63/2/3, which sounds a bit complicated on paper, but once you get to Chaitanyapuri in Dilsukhnagar, it is not too hard to find. Dilsukhnagar is always packed with people and traffic, so getting here in the morning can be a bit of a challenge. But once you are up on the first floor, it is a bit calmer. We have got a small team here working on various projects. The office feels like an old apartment that got turned into a workspace, which is exactly what it is. There are files everywhere and the printers are almost always running. We do not have a big sign outside or anything too flashy. Most people who come here already know who we are and what we do. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site plans. There is a small balcony where some of us go to get a bit of air when things get stressful. Hyderabad summers are no joke, so we mostly keep the windows shut and the fans on high. It is a humble setup, but it is where we do all our planning and meetings. We do not go for anything fancy because we would rather spend that energy on the projects themselves. It is just a regular workday for us in Kamalanagar, keeping things moving one step at a time.
