Sushee Hi-Tech Construction Pvt. Ltd. is situated in Bidar, Karnataka. The office is handled by Arjun Kumar, who is the son of Subhash Pola. We are located at Plot No. 48 in the N.G.O.S. Layout, specifically in Shiva Nagar North. Bidar is a place with a lot of history, and we are proud to be working here. Construction is what we know. We spend our time working on various sites and then coming back to the office to handle the management side of things. It’s not a glamorous job. There is a lot of mud, sweat, and long hours involved. But at the end of the day, seeing something built where there was nothing before is a good feeling for the whole team. Our office in Shiva Nagar is where the planning happens. We have a lot of tools and equipment lying around. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or polished. We speak plainly about what needs to be done. If a job is going to take six months, we say it’ll take six months. We try to keep things honest and clear with everyone we work with. The N.G.O.S. Layout is a quiet spot, which is good when we need to focus on our drawings or calculations. We’ve been part of the Bidar community for a while now and we just keep on building, one project at a time. It's hard work, but it’s what we do.
