Supervisor

Supervisor is based out of Hyderabad, specifically in Kukatpally. K.V.Ravinder Reddy is the one usually here at the house, H.No: 4-35-144 in Venkateswara Nagar. We are really close to Nagarjuna High School, so you can always hear the kids playing or the bell ringing during the day. It makes the neighborhood feel alive. Being in a residential area like this means we don't have that cold, corporate feel you get in the high-rise buildings downtown. It is just a house where we handle our business affairs. The traffic in Kukatpally can be a nightmare in the evenings, but we are used to it by now. We usually start early before the roads get too packed. There are plenty of shops nearby if we need a quick snack or some supplies. We don't really have a marketing team or a fancy website. Most people find us because they know Ravinder or someone told them about what we do. It’s a very hands-on way of working. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting at the kitchen table going over schedules. It’s honest work and we try to stay organized, even if the house gets a bit cluttered with files sometimes. Hyderabad is a busy city, but inside our walls, we just focus on the job at hand and try to stay out of the heat.
