We are located at Flat 2 in the Ravindra Nagar Colony, which is right in the SR Nagar area of Hyderabad. It’s a residential building so it feels more like a home than a stiff office. We deal with real estate and property matters around this part of the city. SR Nagar is always busy with students and people moving in and out, so there is always something happening outside our door. Inside, it’s mostly just us sitting around a couple of tables with our laptops and a lot of paper folders. We don't have a big reception desk or a sign that lights up. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just walking into the colony. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to owners and people looking for a place to stay. It gets a bit crowded in the flat when we have a few visitors at once, but we make it work. Sometimes the chai man comes by and we take a break. We don't try to sound like a big company because we aren't. We are just local people who know the Hyderabad housing market pretty well. We try to be helpful without all the sales talk you get in other places. Our hours are a bit flexible depending on when people are free to meet and look at properties.
