Suchirindia Developers(P) Limited is based out of Flat 104 in Nirmal Nivas. You’ll find us at H.No: 8-3-721/1/2 over in the Yellareddyguda area of Hyderabad. It’s more of a residential-style setup, which actually suits us pretty well. It feels a bit more personal than being in a big glass office tower. We’ve got a small team here, and we spend most of our hours looking at property deals and managing construction details. Since we are in an apartment building, it stays a bit quieter than the main roads, which helps when we need to concentrate on the numbers. We aren't really into the whole "corporate image" thing. We’d rather just have a comfortable place to sit and get through our tasks for the day. People usually come by to sign papers or to ask about new projects we are starting. We try to be straightforward with everyone who walks through the door. The Yellareddyguda neighborhood has been our base for a good while now. It’s central enough that we can get anywhere in Hyderabad without too much trouble. We just do the work, day in and day out. Sometimes the printer acts up or we run out of stationary, but that’s just how an office goes. We don't have any big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a few of us trying to build things and make a living in the real estate business. We just stick to what we know.
