Our office is located at 13-1-55/E/33, right by the Mothy Nagar X Roads in Hyderabad. That's where Suchirindia Developer'S Pvt Ltd operates from. It’s a busy intersection, so there is always something going on outside our windows. Inside, it’s mostly just us trying to keep track of all the different development projects we have on the go. We’ve got a lot of files and maps scattered around. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who walk in off the street. Dealing with property in a city like this means there is always some kind of paperwork to finish or a site visit to manage.
