We’ve been running Suchirindia Developers P Ltd out of this spot at 28/2Rt in Praakash Nagar for a good bit now. Being right across from the airport lane in Begumpet means it stays pretty lively around here. Most days are spent looking over site plans or sorting out files for the different projects we have going on around Hyderabad. It’s a basic office, nothing too over the top, just a place where the work gets done. You can usually find a couple of us at our desks from early morning till late. The traffic around the airport can be a bit of a headache for visitors, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it. We don't spend much time on fancy talk; we just focus on the real estate side of things. There’s always coffee in the back and a stack of maps on the table. People come in to ask about plots or just to check on how things are moving along with their paperwork. It’s been our home base for quite some time. We know the neighborhood well and most of the locals know where to find us. It isn’t always quiet, especially with the planes taking off, but it feels like the right place for us to be. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks that come with being a developer in a busy city like this one. There are no corporate handbooks here, just people doing their jobs every day.
