This is Suchir India Devalopers (P) Ltd and we operate out of Flat No 7 in the Venkat Ramana building. It’s located in Navodaya Colony, specifically on Food World Road in the KPHB Colony area of Hyderabad. It’s a busy part of the city, especially with all the shops and people around. We’ve been in this flat for a bit, and it serves as our main base for handling development work. KPHB is a well-known spot, so finding us isn't too hard if you know where Food World Road is. The office isn't a huge corporate tower or anything like that. It’s just a regular space where we get our daily tasks done. Sometimes the stairs in the building are a bit narrow, but we make it work. We deal with various property and development things from here. Hyderabad keeps growing, and being in KPHB puts us right in the middle of it. Our address is officially in Andhra Pradesh, though the city is always changing. We keep the files organized and try to stay on top of the projects. It's mostly just desk work and meetings with people who stop by the colony. The neighborhood has a lot of energy and it can be noisy outside sometimes. We just focus on what's in front of us each day. It’s a straightforward setup. Nothing too complicated about how we run things here in Navodaya Colony.
