You can find us over in RT Nagar, right on the 2nd Cross. It’s a pretty easy landmark because we are basically right across from the bakery. It smells like fresh bread and cakes most of the morning, which is a nice change from the usual city exhaust. Krishnamurthy Nayak owns the building where we are set up. Bangalore traffic is what it is, so most of us try to get in early before the roads get completely jammed up. The 2nd Cross is a bit quieter than the main roads, but it still gets plenty of people walking by. It’s a bit of an old-school neighborhood vibe. We don’t have a big shiny lobby with a receptionist. It’s just the office where we sit and handle our business. There’s a small staircase you have to walk up. The light in the afternoon hits the windows just right, but it can get a bit stuffy. We usually have the windows open to catch whatever breeze we can get. Sometimes the delivery guys have a hard time finding the exact spot because the signs in this area are a bit small, but once you know the bakery, you can’t miss us. It’s a comfortable enough place to spend the day. We have our desks, our computers, and a small area for making coffee. It’s not complicated, just a local spot where we do our thing and go home when the work is finished.
