Srisairam Projects Limited is based in Chandanagar, Hyderabad. Our current office is located at Flat No. 103 in Gayathri Nilayam Apartments. G.S.S. Srinivas is the person you usually find here handling the day-to-day things. It is a bit different because we are in an apartment building rather than a commercial complex. This makes the whole place feel a bit more relaxed and less like a cold office. Chandanagar is a bustling area with a lot of traffic on the main roads, but once you get inside the apartment gates, it gets a little quieter. We use the flat to manage all our project details and paperwork. There is a small balcony where we sometimes take breaks to escape the computer screens. The rooms are filled with desks and cupboards full of project records. It is a functional space where we focus on getting our tasks done. We chose this spot because it is easy for people to reach and it gives us the space we need without being too over the top. Most of our visitors are people we have known for years. We don't have any big signs out front, just a small one by the door. It is a straightforward way of working. We spend a lot of time on calls and organizing schedules. It is just a normal office run by normal people who know the local area well. Everything is kept pretty simple and practical here for the team.
