Sri Sai Construction

We’ve been running Sri Sai Construction out of our ground floor office at Vazramma Enclave for quite a while now. Flat G1 is where we keep all the site maps and paperwork, mostly for projects around Alwal and J.J.Nagar. It isn’t a big fancy setup, just a couple of desks and some chairs where we meet with people to talk about their house plans or renovation work. Most days, someone is out at a site checking on the cement mixing or talking to the masons, so the office might be empty for a bit. We deal with the usual stuff like getting materials delivered on time and making sure the rain doesn’t mess up the schedule too much. It gets busy during the summer months because everyone wants their work finished before the monsoon starts hitting Secunderabad. We’ve lived around here for years, so we know the local suppliers and where to get the right sand or bricks without too much trouble. Sometimes things go slow when the labor doesn’t show up, but that’s just how the building trade is. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. People just find us by walking into the enclave or hearing about us from a neighbor who had some work done. It’s mostly about showing up every morning and making sure the walls are going up straight. If you stop by the J.J.Nagar area, you can usually find us working on something nearby.
