Our office is in the heart of Ameerpet, which is always a whirlwind of activity. We are Sri Lakshmi Balaji Builders, and we operate out of Sivabagh Colony. We are located right near the Sai Datta Executive Mens Hostel, so there is never a dull moment with so many people around. The office itself is quite functional and a bit crowded with construction samples and blueprints. We don't have the time or the inclination to make it look like a fancy corporate suite. We are builders, so our focus is on the sites and the actual work being done. There are always contractors coming in with updates or people asking about new projects. We spend a lot of time on our feet, but the office in Sivabagh Colony is where we do all the planning and budgeting. It can get pretty loud with the traffic from Ameerpet, but we just shut the door and get on with it. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of agents. Most of our work comes from people who have seen our buildings and want something similar. We just sit around our desks, drink some chai, and figure out how to get the next project finished on time. It’s a straightforward, no-nonsense environment. We’ve been in this part of Hyderabad for years and wouldn't want to be anywhere else because it’s where all the action is.
