Sreejaya Projects

Sreejaya Projects is tucked away in Kothapet at Vasavi Colony. Specifically, we are in Flat No 403 of the Sahithi Laxmi Emerald building. It is right behind the Swagath Function Hall. It can be a little tricky to find the first time, but once you see the function hall, you are basically there. We work on various projects from this small apartment office. It’s not a huge commercial space. We prefer it this way because it’s quiet and we can focus. There are usually drawings spread out over the dining table and a couple of laptops running. We handle the planning and coordination for our different sites from here. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, but the view from the fourth floor is decent. We’ve been in the Kothapet area for some time. We aren't into big marketing campaigns or loud advertisements. Most of our clients come to us because someone they know worked with us before. It’s a small team, so when you call, you usually talk to the same person every time. We don't have a fancy receptionist or a lobby. Just a regular door with a small nameplate. We spend most of our time out on-site anyway, checking on the progress of the buildings. It’s a lot of legwork, but that’s how you make sure things get done properly. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
