Sreeanjali Townships Private Limited is run by D. Ramesh Babu, who is the son of D. Venkateswara Rao. We are located at the N.G.O. Home, right across from the Medical College in Guntur. The address is 522 004 in Andhra Pradesh. We deal with land and townships mostly. It’s a family-oriented setup, as you can see from the name on the door. Guntur is a busy city, and being near the Medical College means there is always a lot of traffic and people moving around. Our office is a bit old-fashioned. We have shelves full of land records and maps. Sometimes it takes us a minute to find the right paper because there is just so much of it. We aren't a big corporate developer with a glass building. We just have this one spot where we meet people and talk about plots. Most of our days are spent visiting sites or sitting here in the office. It’s a lot of talking and checking documents. We don't have a marketing department. People usually hear about our townships through friends or family. It’s a slow and steady process. We’ve been part of this community for a while. If you come by the N.G.O. Home, you’ll see our small sign out front. We try to be straightforward with everyone who walks in. It’s just how we were taught to do things by the elders. No big promises, just real estate and local land work.
