Sr Manager

This is where I handle the management side of things, right out of Flat 621 in Manasarovar Heights 2. It's located in the Sai Sagar Enclave area of Secunderabad, near Manovikas Nagar. It isn't a storefront or a big office block, just a residential space where the desk work gets done. Most of the day is spent on the phone or working through spreadsheets and schedules. Managing projects or people takes a lot of coordination, so this spot serves as the home base for all that. Secunderabad is a busy place, and being tucked away in the heights gives a bit of quiet to think. It's not always glamorous, mostly just keeping track of details and making sure things are moving as they should. I’ve been in this role for a bit, and you learn that the small things matter the most. Neighbors probably see me coming and going at odd hours, but that's part of the job. There’s no big team here, just the essentials to keep operations running smoothly from day to day. It works for what I need to do. Sometimes the internet acts up or the courier takes an extra day to find the enclave, but we manage. It’s a practical setup for someone who needs to stay organized without all the extra noise of a corporate building. I don't need much more than a quiet corner and a good connection to get through the daily list of tasks and problems that need solving.
