We are located over at Shanthi Garden Apartments, specifically in Block C, Flat 111. It's right beside St. Peter School in Nacharam, so it gets pretty noisy when the kids are let out for the day. Spencon&Polyphase Zambia Pvt Ltd is run from here, and Pavan Kumar Vutukuri is the main person you’ll find around. It’s not your typical office building with a lobby or a receptionist. We just use the space we have in Hyderabad to manage our operations for the Zambia side of things. Most of the time, the table is covered in papers and maybe a couple of laptops. We have to keep things organized because space is a bit tight. Being in a residential area means it feels more like a home than a workplace, which is fine by us. We don't really do the whole corporate dress code thing. It’s more about getting the coordination right between what’s happening here and what’s happening in Zambia. You might hear a pressure cooker going off in the background or neighbors chatting in the hallway while we're on a call. It’s just life. We’ve been set up in Nacharam for a bit now and it suits our needs for the time being. There is plenty of tea and coffee to keep us going through the afternoon slump. We don't have any fancy brochures or big marketing talks to give. We just handle the business as it comes.
