Another part of our operations in Hyderabad is also at H.No. 22-79, R.K Nagar, Malkajgiri. This location has been a steady base for Simplex Infrastructures Ltd for quite some time now. The building itself is just a regular house on a regular street, which makes it feel a bit more personal than a glass-walled office building. We have several rooms dedicated to different parts of the business, from accounting to project planning. The desks are often cluttered with rulers, pens, and large-format prints of engineering designs. Malkajgiri is a busy suburb, but our specific street in R.K Nagar is relatively calm most of the time. We get a lot of sun in the afternoons, which makes the office bright. We don't have a receptionist sitting at the front; you usually just walk in and find someone working nearby. The culture here is very down-to-earth. We focus on the practical side of building infrastructure, so there is no time for corporate jargon. We talk about deadlines and budgets in plain English. The staff here know each other well and we often share lunch together in the small break area. It is a hardworking environment where the main goal is just to stay organized and keep the projects on schedule. It is a very simple way of working, but it has worked for us for years.
