Simplex Infrastructures Limited

Over at Janapriya Utopia in Hyderguda, we have our guest house and office space at Flat No. 42042. It’s part of a big residential complex in Rajendra Nagar, so there are always families and kids around the common areas. This Simplex Infrastructures Limited spot is a bit different because it serves as a guest house too. It’s got that specific feel of a place where people are coming and going. The furniture is functional and comfortable enough for a temporary stay. We have a couple of rooms set up with desks and computers where the administrative work happens. It’s usually pretty quiet inside, except for the hum of the fridge or the occasional sound of someone cooking in the small kitchen. Since it's on the 2nd floor, we get a decent view of the complex grounds. We deal with a lot of people who are traveling for work, so there is always a bag packed in the corner or someone checking their flight status. It’s not your typical corporate office with a lobby and a receptionist. You just buzz the door and come on in. We handle the local regional tasks from here and make sure our visiting staff have a place to crash during their trips. It’s a simple, multi-use space that fits the way we operate in this part of the R.R. District. Nothing fancy, just a useful base for our projects in the area that keeps us moving.
