We are located at Plot 61, on Road 16 in Sri Venkateswara Colony. Saroornagar is a decent place to be based out of in Hyderabad. S Madhusudhana Rao is usually around managing the daily flow of things for Shapoorji Pallonji Co Ltd. The colony is mostly residential, so it stays fairly calm compared to the main roads. Our office is a straightforward building where we keep the records and run the operations. We have a small yard out back and a couple of rooms where we do the planning. It’s not a corporate headquarters, just a local branch where people work hard. We have our coffee together in the morning and then get down to business. There are plenty of maps on the wall showing where our different projects are. It helps to keep everything organized. We’ve been in this part of Hyderabad for some time, and we’ve seen the roads get busier. The local shops know us, and we know them. It’s a comfortable routine. We don’t bother with fancy slogans or big mission statements. We just try to get the work done without too much fuss. If a problem comes up, we sit down and figure it out. It’s a practical way to run things. We like being in Saroornagar because it feels like a real neighborhood where people actually live and work. We just do our best to stay organized and keep moving forward.
